These additional terms apply specifically to participants registering for the “Junoon Hai Toh Jeet Hai” program.
Open to Indian-origin citizens or residents aged 18–55 years
Registration fee: ₹1999/- (non-refundable)
Submit only one acting video (max 2 minutes)
Videos must be submitted through official BJAS platforms
No music, editing, filters, or subtitles unless specified
Clear face visibility and neutral background required
40 finalists selected based on talent and creativity
Top 20: Admission to BJAS Diploma in Acting (worth ₹2,36,000)
Next 20: Access to Certificate Course (worth ₹76,700)
Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable
Finalists must complete full curriculum for certification
Participation does not guarantee roles or employment
BJAS does not manage participants’ careers
Professional success depends on individual effort
By registering, you grant BJAS the right to:
Use your name, likeness, and video in promotional or commercial material
Share content across social platforms, print, and TV
Use video/photo footage for marketing, indefinitely
You waive any rights to additional approval or compensation.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, or abusive behavior will lead to disqualification
Vulgarity, hate speech, or fake documents may lead to legal action
Participants are responsible for their own video quality, submission deadlines, and internet connection
BJAS is not liable for technical issues or failed uploads
₹1999 fee is non-refundable
Failed payments due to technical errors must be reported within 72 hours
No refund under any other condition
Unauthorized use of BJAS or Junoon Hai Toh Jeet Hai branding is strictly prohibited
Legal action may be taken against misuse
BJAS offers training and exposure, not career placements
Success depends on participants’ consistency and initiative
Course material is proprietary
Redistribution or unauthorized sharing is prohibited and may result in legal consequences
Defamation, trolling, or online abuse will result in blacklisting
Respectful conduct is expected on all platforms (website, Zoom, app)
BJAS reserves the right to cancel or modify program structure, rewards, or timelines without notice
Program may be suspended in case of legal or natural emergencies
